Community Wellness Walk

Come outside with Rachel for a walk in the forest. This class is great for families and individuals, children are welcome. You will learn about traditional plants in a casual way, stopping frequently along the trail. This is time for you to connect with yourself, your body, and the forest around you.

Expectations: Arrive on time. Dress for the weather. We will continue with the event through safe weather conditions, rain being one of them.  

Parking: State Parks require a Discover Pass. If you are in need, please be sure to arrive early and you will be provided a parking pass that must be returned after the event.
