Family-Friendly Workout and Tree Time (By Invite Only for Forest Friends of King County) Â
A special Earth Day event to celebrate our connection with the land by moving our bodies. Rachel will teach parents how to get functional fitness moves in while the kids enjoy free play in nature. Kids who are willing to be involved in the workout can join and help parents strengthen their bodies even more. We will explore what creating an Earth Gym in our favorite parks could look like.
